(HYBRID) Psychology Distilled: Change with Eyal Pavell
Description
Psychology Distilled: a course of practical half-day seminars covering the full sweep of psychology, from Freud to neuroscience. Each session is self-contained, so you can select the one or two topics that particularly grab you, mix-and-match modules to make your own course or attend the lot and gain a comprehensive yet compressed coverage of the discipline of psychology as it relates to coaching practice.
Change is a constant in coaching – whether your clients are navigating personal transitions or leading organisational transformation. But how can we best support them to not only cope with change, but thrive in it? How do we help them lead others through complexity and uncertainty?
Join Meyler Campbell Faculty Member Eyal Pavell for an in-depth session about the psychology behind change and how we can use this to help our clients. In this half-day seminar, we’ll explore different models of change, develop our own point of view around what really matters when navigating change and discuss practical ways in which coaching can create and support sustainable change for our clients.
Whether you’re new to coaching or seeking to advance your coaching practice, this session will offer a practical and thought- provoking exploration of how to coach for change with confidence and clarity.
